Background
SlabXChange is a brand-new secondary marketplace that connects stone fabricators with designers and construction professionals in order to maximize the use of stone slab off-cuts. SlabXChange solves a real market need while helping to recycle valuable construction materials and reduce waste
Challenge
The founder and CEO of SlabXChange is a business-savvy construction entrepreneur who needed a way to bring his vision to reality, by developing the technological assets that would enable SlabXChange to begin executing on their business development and market penetration.
Solution
OasisCode consulted with SlabXChange to understand their market, business strategy and end-users, and used that knowledge to design, and build a technical solution for both a mobile and web experience (along with the necessary infrastructure). The first phase of the project will officially be launching in the spring of 2021.
